We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a full refund. No questions asked. No restocking fee.

How to start a return

Simply contact us at support@vinenci.com with your order number, and we'll process your refund. In many cases, you may keep the product — we'll let you know when you contact us. If a return shipment is required, we will provide you with return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@vinenci.com.

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, including any taxes paid. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@vinenci.com as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, please follow the return process above.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
