Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Processing Time
Each Grippsy is made to order. Please allow several business days for your order to be produced and prepared before it ships.

Shipping Time
Because every Grippsy is made to order rather than mass-produced, please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please ensure you check the email address provided at checkout, including spam or promotions folders.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 14 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the purchase date, please contact us at support@vinenci.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vinenci.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will issue a replacement or full refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
